Spa Etiquette / Terms & Conditions

Arrival

Please arrive for your appointment approx 10mins prior to your booked appointment time. This will allow for any necessary paper work to be completed and to ensure we can commence your treatment on time. Unfortunately if you are late to your appointment we will still have to finish your treatment at the scheduled time, as we often have treatments booked in straight after for other clients. You will also be charged for the treatment that was originally booked in. Arriving early also allows you to sit, relax and unwind and get you into a calm frame of mind to ensure you thoroughly enjoy your time with us.

Mobile Phones

Out of respect for other clients visiting the Spa and to ensure the tranquil environment of the Spa remains calm and relaxing please turn your mobile phones off or to silent whilst visiting the Spa.

Parking

There is on street parking out the front of the Spa.

Children

As much as we love children the Spa is a place for mums and dads to relax, so please find care for your children so you and others can attend the Spa and fully relax and enjoy your experience.

Cancellations

Please where possible give at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment with us. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a 50% cancellation fee.
‘No Shows’ will incur 100% of treatment cost and payment may be requested or will be deducted from any outstanding gift voucher/s. A 50% non refundable deposit may be required for future bookings.

Payments

The Spa offers cash, EFTPOS and credit card facilities. Please be aware that payments for treatments performed is required before leaving the Spa. We do not accept personal cheques unless there has been prior approval.
Gift Vouchers have an expiry period of 6 months from date of purchase and need to be used within this timeframe, expired Gift Vocuhers will not be honoured.

Spa Packages / Group Bookings

Treatment bookings that are for a minimum of 2hrs or are for 2 or more people will require a 50% deposit to secure booking. This deposit is non refundable if appointments are cancelled within 48hrs.

Privacy

The Spa uses modesty draping during treatments to ensure your privacy and relaxation is maintained during your visit.

Shaving

Men that are attending Spa for facial treatments are advised not to shave within 24 hours prior to treatment.
Clients attending Spa for Spray Tanning are advised to complete any shaving or waxing treatments the day prior to tanning treatment.
Please do NOT shave prior to any waxing treatments.
Laser Hair Reduction clients are asks to shave (Do not Wax) approx 2 days prior to laser appointment
